Attorney's fees and costs

We attach great importance to a transparent and open advisory relationship. That's why we focus on cost transparency from the outset: during the initial discussion of your matter, we calculate the costs that are likely to be incurred in your specific case, so that you are already well informed about the costs you can expect and the cost risks after the first meeting with us.

 

For clients with legal expenses insurance, we can take over the correspondence with the legal expenses insurance company and request a cover note from the insurer. In many cases, the costs will be borne by the other party if we win the case.

 

The fees and expenses that a lawyer may charge are regulated by the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG). Various remuneration models are provided for there. On the one hand, billing can take place in accordance with the Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG). The amount of remuneration depends on the value of the matter in dispute. In addition, a time-based fee or a flat fee can be agreed. We discuss with our clients in advance which remuneration model is appropriate in the specific case.
